Mukwonago High School has five full-time school counselors who are assigned alphabetically to the four grade levels; a school social worker; and a school psychologist. All of the counselors at Mukwonago High School meet the standards and licensing requirements for "Professional School Counselor" by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and hold related master's degrees . Our school social worker and school psychologist also hold master's degrees and up-to-date licensing requirements in their respected fields.

After reviewing these resources, if you need to schedule an appointment, please click on the image of your assigned counselor below. You may then choose an open appointment slot before school, after school, during flex, lunch, or study hall. MHS Counseling Vision Statement:
Students at Mukwonago High School are responsible, empathetic, goal oriented and respectful citizens advocating for a better community and driven in the pursuit of lifelong learning.
MHS Counseling Mission Statement:
The mission of the Mukwonago High School Counseling department is to provide collaborative, comprehensive, equitable, and data-driven programming that supports all students. Purposeful programming will include academic, career, and social emotional components ensuring every student continues to strive for lifelong learning post graduation.
MHS Counseling Belief Statement:
We believe that nurturing the emotional development, self-concept, and social competencies of all students will help them become successful academically, socially, and emotionally. We believe that by developing these skills, students will grow into productive individuals in our community. To that end, MASD commits to the following:
- All students will be inspired to develop a growth mindset through grit and perseverance to become lifelong learners and problem solvers.
- Students will learn how to use safe and healthy communication strategies to foster healthy, life-long relationships that will encourage them to respect and embrace diversity and differences, develop empathy, and realize their full potential.
- Students will set goals for themselves, collaborate with others, and learn advocacy skills that will support post-secondary success.
- Students will receive social-emotional instruction through a variety of classroom lessons, small group counseling, and individual support.
- All students will be exposed to pathways and opportunities that lead to successful post-secondary pursuits.
- Students will be provided a comprehensive counseling curriculum based upon program development, data-driven evaluation, and accountability.
