Creating a Works Cited Page in a Google Doc:
- For databases: copy/paste into Google Doc (make sure you've selected MLA first)
- For anything other than a database:
- Tools > Citations
- Make sure Citation Style is MLA 8th
- Click +Add Citation Source
- Select source type (example: "Website")
- Copy/paste URL & click "Search" then "Continue"
- Fill in any missing, known information & click "Add Citation Source"
- After all sources have been added, click in document and then click "Insert Works Cited."
