MHS Student Driving and Parking Information
To drive and park a vehicle on school property is a privilege. This privilege may be withdrawn at any time and such a decision is solely the prerogative of the school administration. Students who park at Mukwonago High School do so at their own risk and must pay for a parking permit to park a vehicle in the student lot.
**Please know that the school board has approved a random drug-testing policy at MHS. Students under this policy includes those choosing to purchase a parking permit.
The MHS administration and SRO check for parking tags and will issue citations if they are not visible on the rearview mirror. Parking permits are non-transferable. All students should park in designated student parking areas. Students are not permitted to park in the faculty or visitor lots. Violations of parking rules are subject to tickets and/or towing of the vehicle.
Prior to any student parking, the following items are required:
- Each student must take the Driver’s Safety Improvement Video and Test. A passing score is 8/10 correct. You may take the test several times.
- Fill out the Student Driving and Parking Regulations Agreement. Please complete this with a parent/guardian. By filling out this agreement, you acknowledge the rules and regulations of the MHS parking lot and agree to abide by them.
- Complete the MASD Random Drug Testing Program Consent & Release Form. This must be completed by both the student and the parent/guardian. This form only needs to be filled out once during a student’s time at MHS.
- Pay the parking fee via Infinite Campus.
- Have all vehicle information available, or entered in Infinite Campus (make, model, license plate)
