Ticket Sales:

• Cost per ticket: $125
• Bring the printed Student Contract (Google Form) confirmation with payment. 
• Pay with cash or a check made out to MHS Student Activities
• On sale Monday, April 27 to Friday, May 8: before school and after school until 3 pm in the Counseling Center with Mrs. Wattles.
• NEW THIS YEAR: JUNIORS ONLY will be able to purchase tickets the first 3 days of sales,  April 27 to April 29.  All students can purchase tickets from April 30 to May 8.

Table Selections:

• Tables will seat 10 prom guests. 
• All students who wish to sit together must purchase tickets together. It is encouraged to send one representative to Counseling (with forms and money) to purchase tickets for the entire table.
• If you sign up for a table with fewer than 10, other prom guests will be assigned to your table.  

Guests from Other Schools:

• Students wishing to bring a guest from another school must fill out a Guest Approval Form.
• Students must submit this form to their Associate Principal.  We advise students not to purchase a ticket for a guest until their request form has been approved.
• Forms should be submitted no later than Friday, May 15, 2026.

Dinner:

• Dinner Buffet Menu 
  • Mixed Greens Salad 
  • Roasted Potatoes
  • Mixed Vegetables
  • Rigatoni in a white sauce
  • Chicken Piccatta 
  • Dinner rolls
• Students with special dietary restrictions or needs should indicate that when purchasing their ticket.
• All specific dietary restrictions are shared with the venue in advance.

Transportation: 

• Students will be transported via coach buses from Mukwonago High School to Discovery World.  Buses will begin to load around 5:15 p.m. Each bus is assigned an MASD staff member. 
• PLEASE NOTE: All students must ride on a bus to and from prom. Students may not drive separately or be driven to the event by someone else. 
• Once students arrive at the venue, they must remain there until the buses leave at the end of the night.
