Science
The MHS Science Department provides all students with learning experiences, which form a life-long base needed to function in a complex and ever-changing world. Students will be able to understand the nature of science, through scientific literacy, investigation, and application to daily problem solving. The curriculum helps students obtain fundamental knowledge about the ways science concepts influence human existence, utilizing a diversity of learning opportunities for students as they connect science to real world experiences.
