Theme: Night in Paradise
Hallway Decorating:
There will be a door decorating contest for MHS clubs and activities during the week.  Doors must be decorated by Wednesday 9/16 to be considered in the contest.
Powderpuff Game:
Game September 16th, doors open at 6, game starts at 6:30 on the football field. To get in, bring a canned food item to watch. Wear black to support seniors and neon for juniors. Teams and coaches for the game will be chosen in early September!  
Bonfire:
Following the Powderpuff game (approximately 7:30), the bonfire will be on the grass southwest of the tennis courts and will last until 9 pm.
Game Day: 
Friday, September 18th; pep assembly at the end of the school day (modified schedule); parade at 4 pm
Dance:
Saturday, September 19th, from 7 pm to 10 pm. Doors open at 6:30 pm and close at 8 pm. Tickets are sold online for $25. Contracts are available online for MHS students and in the Main office/227 for out-of-school dates.

Guest Passes and Eligibility

Guest passes will be available and must be completed in advance.  All guests are to be of high school age. At no time will students younger than 9th grade or older than 20 years of age be permitted at Mukwonago High School dances.  Approval or denial will be screened by the Associate Principals' Office.
 

Eligibility

To attend Homecoming, Prom, or any school-sponsored dances, students must be in good academic and behavior standing.
 

Academic Standing

Students must maintain passing grades (D- or higher) in all classes. Eligibility will be reviewed using grades recorded one week in advance of the event. Students with failing grades may be placed on a probation list or deemed ineligible to attend.
 

Behavior Standing

Students must be in good behavioral standing to attend school-sponsored dances such as Homecoming and Prom. This includes:
  • No unserved teacher-assigned or school-assigned consequences, such as detentions, behavior reflections, or other disciplinary actions.
  • All major office referrals during the current academic school year will be reviewed by administration to determine eligibility. Serious or repeated behavioral infractions may result in loss of dance privileges.
 
Final eligibility decisions will be made by school administration. Students are encouraged to monitor their attendance and academic progress regularly.

  • You MUST bring your STUDENT I.D. to the dance for admission.
  • Dance contracts must be turned in PRIOR to getting your ticket.
